We are not hiring currently, but when we do, these are our needs and requirements
 
Beads of Marin is looking to hire experienced retail sales associates for its service-oriented store in Mill Valley. Positions offer excellent long-term opportunities for the jewelry and beading enthusiasts and artists. Flexible work schedule available, but requires weekend and afternoon availability. Current position requires Sunday availability. 
 
Qualifications:
*Must be able to work weekends
*Must have jewelry making and/or beading experience
*Retail experience preferable
*Ability to provide complete and excellent customer service
*Ability to multi-task projects in a timely and efficient manner
*Detail oriented
*Good communication skills
*Cheerful, energetic disposition with a strong work ethic.
*Responsible, honest, reliable, self-motivated, polite and professional.
 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Providing excellent and reliable customer service we are known for.
*Maintaining the overall appearance of the store, including restocking, organizing, and cleaning
*Communicating with managers on store's and clients' needs
*Be available to work additional weekend and busy-season days
 
Compensation: Hourly wage DOE, paid vacation, paid lunch break, amazing employee discounts and a great atmosphere to work in.
